Maywood Hill AFH is licensed by Washington's DSHS as an Adult Family Home (AFH) for 6 beds and for Dementia, Mental Health, and Dev. Disabilities specialties. Dorina Olteanu

We have 4 Private rooms with private baths, 2 Private rooms with shared baths and 1 Shared room with shared bath.

Maywood Hill AFH is An Adult Family Home (AFH) with a homey atmosphere for seniors with skilled caregivers and professional oversight. We provide an extensive activities program that takes into consideration the residents needs, interests and capabilities.

Maywood Hill AFH and its staff are experienced with: Hospice / end-of-life, Stroke, Oxygen, Two Person Assists / Hoyer Lifts, Foley Catheters, Ostomy Care, Peg Tube, MS and Parkinson's disease, and managing residents who are Wanderers, Exit Seekers, or are Resistive to Care. We have caregivers certified for delegation of insulin.

We have 24/7 awake night shift. We have a primary care physician available (House Doctor) who will make house calls and accepts Medicare and Medicaid.

We accepted private pay and Medicaid.

Maywood Hill AFH is located in Bothell. Our residents typically come from the surrounding communities; Kenmore, Kirkland, Woodinville, Lake Forest Park, Lynnwood, Canyon Park, Brier, Mountlake Terrace, Redmond and Shoreline. They come to us from; their own homes, retirement communities, assisted living, rehab facilities, nursing homes and other similar senior/elder care facilities.
